We do the heavy part
Down the stairs, through the side gate, around the block wall, up the ramp and into the trailer. In summer we like morning appointments, because a heavy carry goes faster when it's 85 out instead of 112.
Then the broom
We leave your garage, driveway or room cleaner than we found it. Need it gone fast? Call in the morning, since same-day or next-day pickup depends on the schedule and the size of the job.
How pricing works
Priced by Trailer Space, Not by the Item
The price is set by how much room your load takes up in the trailer, not a per-item fee, so a few things cost a little and a full cleanout costs more. Heavy material like concrete or dirt, a long carry, or tricky disposal can change the number, and we'll tell you that up front.

Where Your Stuff Ends Up
We sort every load to keep what we can out of the landfill. Furniture and household goods in decent shape go to donation or resale. Metal, cardboard, appliances and electronics get separated for recycling, and refrigerators and freezers go where the refrigerant can be recovered properly. Whatever's left goes to licensed disposal facilities.
